Kejdi Abazi is the Senior Associate Director of Development for the SNF Agora Institute, where she leads fundraising efforts to support the Institute’s faculty, fellows, programming, and capital priorities. She brings over a decade of experience in development and advancement, with a focus on major gifts, strategic donor engagement, and nonprofit fundraising operations.

Before joining SNF Agora, Kejdi served in development leadership roles at Children’s National Hospital Foundation, supporting fundraising strategy for the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders and the Center for Cancer and Immunology Research. She began her career in advancement at Virginia Commonwealth University and The George Washington University.

Kejdi holds a B.S. in Health Sciences and a Certificate in Leadership Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).
