The SNF Agora faculty grants program supports Johns Hopkins faculty pursuing work aligned with the institute’s mission to strengthen democracy and civic life. Grants fund research, convenings, and other projects that foster collaboration and advance understanding of democratic challenges and opportunities.

The SNF Agora Faculty Affiliates Program connects scholars whose work supports the institute’s mission. Affiliates join a global academic community, collaborate on research, share ideas, and participate in institute events. Appointments last two years and include opportunities for grants, mentorship, and shaping future programming.
