SNF Agora Academy
The SNF Agora Academy, launched in early 2023, cultivates a generation of scholars whose work reflects the values, approaches, and intellectual rigor of the SNF Agora Institute. All SNF Agora Academy postdoctoral and predoctoral fellows live in residence in Baltimore and participate each month in academic programming with SNF Agora faculty and fellows. This includes community workshops, academy workshops, and external faculty seminars. All fellows present in the academy workshop at least once during their tenure.
Agora Academy Fellowships
The SNF Agora Academy currently includes fellowships for predoctoral scholars and one for postdoctoral scholars.

Predoctoral Fellows Program
The predoctoral program offers one- to two-year fellowships for recent college graduates from any academic background, designed for those planning to pursue a PhD in an SNF Agora-related field. Fellows work closely with two faculty mentors and one graduate student mentor, devoting about 40 hours per week to interdisciplinary research and learning.

Postdoctoral Fellows Program
The postdoctoral program offers a fellowship supporting recent doctoral degree recipients whose scholarship engages with questions and topics directly related to the institute’s mission. Postdoctoral fellows conduct research and either teach a course or participate in an active institute project.
