Stella Lee is a sophomore at Johns Hopkins studying international studies, neuroscience, and psychology. She is passionate about social justice issues, ethical tech, and sustainable and regenerative design. Her experiences with civic engagement include facilitating education access at multiple international nonprofits (Jane Goodall Institute, Human Rights Pulse, Tech for Social Good) and founding Rethinking Economics New Zealand to empower democratic citizenship by promoting pluralism, diversity, and accessibility in economics education. She has conducted independent research on online echo chamber, political polarization, and potential for ethnic antagonism under the mentorship of Professor Devashree Gupta. On campus, she is the marketing director at Sustainable Hopkins Innovative Projects, the editor at Foreign Affairs Review, and a mezzo singer in Music Dynasty.
