Stoop Storytelling Show

It’s an evening of epic goofs when The Stoop presents seven tales about how we misjudge, misconstrue, and misinterpret ourselves, each other, and the world.

Getting It Wrong: Stories about Mix-ups, Mistakes, and Misunderstandings is presented in partnership with Story Detective, a workshop where “Aha!” happens, and funded by the Johns Hopkins Idea Lab. Story Detective is bringing StoryCorps to Baltimore this December.

  • Sam Sessa, Baltimore music coordinator and producer for WTMD
  • Petula Caesar, writer and producer
  • Christine Sajecki, artist
  • Alice Sturm, landscape designer

  • Sarah Sullivan, owner of Mobtown Ballroom

Cocktails and live music from J Pope and the HearNow begin at 7 p.m., and the show begins at 8 p.m. All tickets are general admission, and there is open seating.
