Hopkins Votes

Johns Hopkins University is committed to ensuring that every student has the knowledge and resources necessary to be civically engaged and involved in the democratic process. In 2016, 55.8% of eligible Hopkins students voted in the General Election. Now, as the 2020 elections are around the corner, Hopkins Votes is continuing our efforts from 2018. Our goal is to increase the percentage of JHU students who register and vote by providing students with the tools necessary to make their voices heard! Our efforts last year paid-off; we received the Gold Campus award for increased voting rate from 2014 to 2018. Let’s keep the momentum going and make 2020 even better!

Looking for a way to become civically active in 2020? Volunteer with Hopkins Votes, and make sure your friends and classmates are registered and ready! We need all hands on deck for every member of our Hopkins community to make their voice heard and be counted. Find out more here.
