Patrick Rao is a senior at The Johns Hopkins Krieger School of Arts and Sciences majoring in Public Health Studies. With interests in medicine, global health, current events, and public policy, Patrick believes strongly in SNF Agora’s mission to foster open, inclusive dialogue to find common ground. A proponent of civic engagement and healthy democracy, Patrick interned at his local supervisor of elections office where he registered people to vote and analyzed precinct-level turnout data to increase electoral outreach in the community. At Hopkins, Patrick sings with the JHU Vocal Chords, is a member of the JHU Foreign Affairs Symposium, and is involved in colorectal cancer research at the Bloomberg Kimmel Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy.
