Sarah Thompson is an MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management and visiting scholar at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. She has worked in capacity building for people and teams in the USAID Bureau for Global Health, in US health missions abroad, and in systems-level roles for US school districts and charter networks. Sarah is passionate about finding and supporting talented, mission driven people to move public systems toward more equitable outcomes. She holds a BA in Politics from Pomona College.
